Every number has a story. Here is the research.
Some of our frequencies come from brain science, one from the physics of the Earth, some from music and ancient architecture, some from meditation tradition. For each one we show what studies have looked at, and where to read them.

Research summaries describe published studies, often small or early-stage, and many used different methods (for example light flicker or headphones). They are not a promise of any effect from VitaQon.

The words behind the numbers.
Hertz (Hz)
Cycles per second. 10 Hz means ten waves every second.
Brainwave bands
Ranges of electrical brain activity measured by EEG: delta (0.5–4 Hz), theta (4–8), alpha (8–12), beta (12–30) and gamma (around 40).
Isochronic pulse
A tone that switches on and off at a steady rate. VitaQon uses it to make slow rhythms audible.
Binaural beat
Two slightly different tones in each ear, heard as a beat at the difference frequency. Needs headphones.
Schumann resonance
Natural electromagnetic resonances between the Earth and the ionosphere, the strongest near 7.83 Hz.
Solfeggio tones
A set of nine tones from 174 to 963 Hz, widely used in meditation music.
