General
What does VitaQon do?
VitaQon plays precise, quiet frequencies between 0.5 and 963 Hz into a room through a speaker and a low-level magnetic coil. You choose a mode, a program or a Day Plan.
Is VitaQon a medical device?
No. VitaQon is a wellness and relaxation product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace medical advice.
Is there a subscription?
No. All programs and Day Plans are included in the price, and app updates are free.
Does it work without my phone?
Yes. After setup VitaQon remembers your program and Day Plan and starts by itself when powered on.
App and connection
Do I need Wi-Fi or an account?
No. VitaQon connects to your phone over Bluetooth and needs no login.
Can I use it from a browser instead of an app?
Yes on Android and on computers with Chrome or Edge. On iPhone, Apple does not allow Bluetooth in browsers, so please use the VitaQon app.
How loud is it?
You set the level in the app. Night blocks in a Day Plan play quieter by default, and you can choose a silent night.
Hotels
Will the next hotel guest see my settings?
No. Hotels reset the device between stays, which removes every paired phone and setting.
How do hotels order?
Send a request with the number of rooms and your city. We reply with an offer and can start with an eight-week pilot.
Safety
Can I use it with a pacemaker or during pregnancy?
If you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy, please ask your doctor before use.
